We are your local meal prep company in Enniskillen! We are
based in the Ashdale Vivo shop on the Old Tempo Road beside the Taphouse Restaurant.

If you are looking for healthy prepared meals look no further. We make delicious, calorie-controlled lunch and dinner meals just for you! Bring your lunch to work and heat in the microwave or when you get home from work simply heat and eat your dinner meal. Being prepared like this helps you make better choices and keeps you on track.

Order your meal prep by Sunday night and collect your meals Monday from 5pm from the shop. The shop is open until 10pm. If you don’t get to order in time call into the shop and you can purchase the meals from our display fridge. Be quick they don’t last too long!

We also offer a hot and cold take-away deli at the shop open from 7am until 2:30pm. We are a sandwich supplier; we cater for businesses and personal parties and much more.
